INTEGRITY NEW ZEALAND
Hauora Equality Integrity
IT'S ABOUT ORDINARY PEOPLE
Integrity New Zealand are a group of ordinary kiwis who want more.
Many of our members have broken from the established political parties and come together to form something new, something which can give back to Aotearoa New Zealand.
THE TIPANZ KAUPAPA
Integrity New Zealand is a political advocacy group who puts the environment at the heart of our economy. We promote sensible, sustainable policies which prioritise the well-being of all people within Aotearoa New Zealand.
To create a healthy Aotearoa New Zealand for this and future generations.
To guide our country toward an environmentally conscious future which harnesses innovation, establishes kaitiakitanga for our environment, and prioritises wellbeing within our community.
HOW TIPANZ IS ORGANISED
TIPANZ is a nationwide organisation, governed by a National Board, managed by an Executive Committee and overseen by smaller Community Action Groups.
COMMUNITY ACTION GROUPS
The focal point of TIPANZ.
Our Community Action Groups are where we achieve our most important work. It's grassroots politics, focusing on what matters most for our communities.
Community Action Groups include most of our local members and volunteers, as well as their own convener and local advocates/candidates.
In metropolitan areas, Community Action Groups can include representatives from multiple electorates, working towards what matters most for the city as a whole.
Larger regional electorates can contain multiple Community Action Groups, working together to form policy and engagement for the whole electorate.
Any member can join our Community Action Groups.
If one hasn't yet been established in your area, perhaps you'd like to start?
This is our Leadership Team.
Responsible for overseeing all the operations of TIPANZ, and organising marketing and outreach, and keeping our Community Action Groups engaged.
The Executive Committee includes the General Secretary, Treasurer, Party Leader and Deputy Leader. As well as the rest of the team who keep TIPANZ running.
Working from our office in Wellington, usually via video conferencing, our Executive Committee keeps TIPANZ organised, untied and recognisable.
Governing TIPANZ New Zealand.
Our Board Members come from all across the land of Aotearoa and hold the kaitiakitanga of TIPANZ policy and vision.
Our Board finalises our policy, sets our strategic direction, and ensures everyone in our Party is being heard.
It's a big job!
And we're all volunteers.
Our Board is elected from our members every year, at our Annual General Meeting. Each officer on the Board usually holds a term of three years, but holds the choice to stand for election once more.
WHAT DO WE WANT?
We want to see more Integrity in our political landscape.
We want Equality. We want to build a new economy which works for local businesses and for our people. We want to protect our environment and our native taonga species.
Most of all, we want to see Hauora in our society. The well-being of our people, of our environment, and of all parts of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Working across the country our Community Action Groups are actively engaged in their local communities, addressing local issues, bringing local ideas to life.
HOW DO WE GET IT?
By promoting policy which our members believe will bring positive change.
Our Community Action Groups work in partnership, through our Executive Team, to find the best solutions possible for Aotearoa New Zealand.
